Sunday night is the best day to book your classes for the week, here is how you book your classes.
Rodena classes :

Ride: Our signature 45-minute full body indoor cycling workout.

Warrior ride: A 45-minute high-intensity interval and strength training class on the bike.

Duo ride: our signature 45-minute class guide by 2 of our coaches.

Theme ride: our signature 45-minute class to the rhythm of a themed playlist.

60 minute ride: A 60-minute version of our signature class.

90 minute ride: a 90-minute version of our signature class.

Train: a 45-minute training combining a set of cardio and weights.

Theme train: our signature 45-minute training to the rhythm of a themed playlist.

60 minute train: a 60-minute version of our signature training.

Buying series

Start by purchasing a class, a pack, or a membership of your preference, then use those credits to book your classes.

Weekley booking

Classes fill up quickly! Be sure to book early for your preferred sessions on our schedule, available from Monday to Sunday.

Waitlisting

If a class is at full capacity, you can opt to join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive confirmation, don’t lose hope! Feel free to swing by our studio as there might be last-minute availability if someone doesn’t show up.

Cancelling

You can cancel your booking online through our website at rodenatrainingclub.com or by giving us a call at the studio. Please ensure to cancel at least 10 hours prior to your scheduled class to avoid any late cancellation fees.
