PREPPING :

guidance on packing for class, here is everything you need to know

Water: It’s important to hydrate for class. A water dispenser is available at the studio. Feel free to bring a bottle to fill up or you can buy one bottle of water at the front desk.

What to wear: Bring your favorite workout clothes or whatever make you feel comfortable to workout : legging, shorts, pants with a tank or tee.

Cycling shoes: For your safety our bikes are designed to be clipped into. In the price of your class we include the rental of our special cycling shoes, go to the front desk and ask for yours. if you have your own feel free to bring them.

ARRIVAL :

we can’t wait to see you at the studio, everything you need to know when you get there.

Arrive early: Get to the studio 15 minutes before class and let our crew know it’s your first time, they’ll let you know everything you need and help set up your bike.

Check-in: Head to our front desk and sign your check-in.

Lockers: We provide secure key lockers for you to safely store your belongings while you attend our classes.

SETUP :

our bikes are designed to fit everybody, you’ll need to adjust each setting for a comfortable ride. here is everything you need to know

Seat height: Bring the top of the saddle to hip bone height.

Seat distance: The distance between the front of the saddle and the handlebar knob should equal the length of your forearm.

Handlebar depth: Our bikes allow you to adjust the handlebars depth to a fit that feels best during your upper body choreography.

Handlebar height: The bottom of the handlebars should be the same height, or higher than, the top of the saddle.

Handlebar height: Pick a set of weights before the class starts.

Clipping in/out: To clip in, slide your cleat forward over the pedal until it catches and then push down your heel. (The click sound means you’re secure.)
Flick your ankle away from the pedal to unclip. The studio crew is there for everything you need.

The ride: leave your phone in your locker and enjoy your 45 minute ride.
