
PREPPING :
guidance on packing for class, here is everything you need to know
Water: It’s important to hydrate for class. A water dispenser is available at the studio. Feel free to bring a bottle to fill up or you can buy one bottle of water at the front desk.
What to wear: Bring your favorite workout clothes or whatever make you feel comfortable to workout : legging, shorts, pants with a tank or tee.
Shoes: Bring your tennis shoes that give you more stability and make you feel comfortable.

ARRIVAL :
we can’t wait to see you at the studio, everything you need to know when you get there.
Arrive early: Get to the studio 15 minutes before class and let our crew know it’s your first time, they’ll let you know everything you need and help set up your mat.
Check-in: Head to our front desk and sign your check-in.
Lockers: We provide secure key lockers for you to safely store your belongings while you attend our classes.

SETUP :
Our mAts are designed to give you stability and support, you wont need an extra mat for class.
Weights and material: Your coach will lead you on what material you need to grab for your class.
The training: leave your phone in your locker and enjoy your 45 minute training.
